摘　　要：TMSA与ISM CODE是当前船舶安全管理领域应用较为普遍的两种管理办法。该文介绍了ISM CODE和TMSA的来历、基本内容与实施要求,从适用范围、基本要素、安全理念、实施情况等方面对两者进行了对比分析,阐述各自的优势与不足,为船舶管理公司船舶安全管理工作的不断优化提供建议。Now TMSA and CODE ISM are two kinds of management methods used widely in the field of ship safety management. This article introduces the origin, basic content and implementation requirements of CODE ISM and TMSA, comparatively analyzes the both from the applicable scope, basic elements, security concept, implementation etc, expounds advantages and disadvantages of each and gives the suggestions for the continuous optimization of the safety management of ship management companies.
