摘　　要：目的:观察颈夹脊穴恢刺法治疗痉挛性斜颈的临床疗效。方法:选取16例痉挛性斜颈患者为研究对象,以恢刺颈夹脊穴为主,配合头针,通过Tsui量表对治疗前后痉挛性斜颈患者肌张力改变进行评估,观察其治疗效果。结果:16例患者中,完全缓解2例,明显缓解7例,部分缓解6例,无效1例,总有效率为93.75%。结论:颈夹脊穴恢刺法治疗痉挛性斜颈疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Jiaii needling method in the treatment of spasmodic torticoltis. Meth- ods ： Selection of 16 patients with spasmodic torticollis patients as the research object,in order to restore the acupuncture Cervical Jia- j i points, scalp acupuncture combined with, by the amount of Tsui table spasmodic torticollis patients with muscle tension changes be- fore treatment and after treatment were evaluated,observe the treatment effect. Results：In the 16 patients complete remission in 2 cases, 7 cases of obvious remission, partial remission in 6 cases,ineffective in 1 cases, the total effective rate of 93.75 %. Conclusion： Jiaji. Effect of needling method for treatment of spasmodic torticollis is significant,it is worthy of clinical application.
