中药熏洗结合皮肤牵引治疗成人髋关节滑膜炎回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究中药熏洗结合皮肤牵引治疗髋关节滑膜炎的疗效。方法:回顾性分析54例髋关节滑膜炎患者的临床资料,均给予患肢牵引制动、羌透方熏洗及口服养血止痛丸治疗,治疗时间6~21天。结果:54例(65髋)患者中痊愈53髋,显效7髋,好转4髋,无效1髋,总有效率为92.31%。结论:中药熏洗配合皮肤牵引治疗髋关节滑膜炎临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with skin traction in the treatment of hip synovitis. Methods：The clinical data of 54 cases of hip synovitis were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were treated with limb traction brake, Qiangtangfang fumigation and oral nourishing and relieving pain pill. The treatment time was 6 to 21 days. Re- sults：Fifty-three hips were cured in 54 patients （65 hips）,7 hips markedly effective,4 hips were improved, 1 hips were ineffective. The total effective rate was 92.31%. Conclusion： Chinese medicine fumigation combined with skin traction treatment of hip synovi- tis significant clinical effect,worthy of clinical application.
