益肾活血通窍汤合西药治疗肾精亏损型感音神经性耳鸣临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究益肾活血通窍汤联合西药对肾精亏损型感音神经性耳鸣的疗效。方法:选取90例肾精亏损型感音神经性耳鸣患者,以入院时间先后顺序分为两组,每组各45例,对照组行谷维素及西比灵口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用益肾活血通窍汤口服治疗,比较两组的疗效、听力情况、中医证候积分、不良反应及复发率。结果:治疗后观察组的治疗有效率、听力显著优于对照组(P<0.05),中医证候积分、复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益肾活血通窍汤联合西药治疗肾精亏损型感音神经性耳鸣患者疗效确切,可有效改善患者症状,降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To explore the curative effect of Yishen Huoxue Tongqiao decoction combined with western medicine on the kidney deficiency of sensorineural tinnitus. Methods： Kidney deficiency of sensorineural tinnitus in 90 cases, with the admission time were divided into 2 groups, 45 eases in each group, the control group underwent oryzanol and flunarizine treatment, the obser- vation group in the control treatment of Yishen Huoxue Tongqiao Decoction and group based on the comparison of the efficacy of the two groups, listening the situation, TCM syndrome score, adverse reaction and recurrence rate. Results：After treatment, the treatment rate of observation group, the hearing was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05） ; TCM syndrome score, the recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05） ; adverse reaction in the two groups there was no signif- icant difference between them （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of kidney deficiency type sensorineural tinnitus curative effect of Yishen Huoxue Tongqiao decoction combined with western medicine, can effectively relieve the symptoms, reduce the re- currence rate, worthy of clinical application.
