品管圈在儿童多导睡眠呼吸监测中的应用

摘　　要：目的探索品管圈(Quality Control Circle,QCC)活动在降低儿童多导睡眠呼吸监测失败率中的应用。方法科内成立QCC小组,运用QCC手法针对儿童多导睡眠呼吸监测失败的原因,通过现状把握、目标设定、对策拟定及实施、对策检讨、效果确认最后制作出标准化流程。结果通过QCC活动,儿童多导睡眠呼吸监测的失败率由改善前的10.89%降低到2.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过QCC,提高了多导睡眠呼吸监测成功率,提高了病人满意度,减少了医患纠纷的发生。Objective To explore the application of QCC （Quality Control Circle, QCC） activities in reducing the failure rate of child polysomnography （PSG）. Methods A QCC group was established, using QCC to find out the failure reasons of child polysomnography, through grasping status, setting goals, formulating and implementing countermeasures, reviewing methods, and confirming the effects, so as to perfect standardization process finally. Results Through GCC activities, the fate rate reducing from 10.89% （before improving） to 2.19%, and the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Through GCC activities, the success rate of child polysomnography increased obviously, patients＇ satisfaction also improved. In addition, the occurrence of medical disputes reduced.
