越秀SPT体系在沿海高校韩语专业中的应用

摘　　要：目前国内的韩语教学仍处于传统的教学模式,导致学生的综合能力普遍不足。只有改革传统的教育模式,才能切实提高学生的综合实力,使学生的综合素质得到提高。SPT人才培养体系致力于培养学生的核心竞争力,而在当下,所谓的核心竞争力就是外语应用能力、专业实践能力、综合能力都具备的能力。同时还致力于培养具有较强综合职业能力的既懂外语又懂专业、能动手能动脑的应用型外语人才和涉外经济管理人才。将SPT人才培养体系运用于韩语人才培养体系之中,弥补了传统韩语教学模式的不足,使学生在听说读写译各方面得到系统的训练,最终达到培养优秀的应用型外语人才的目标。The traditional teaching methods prevailing in the domestic Korean teaching give rise to students’ insufficient comprehensive capabiity. Therefore,reforming the traditional teaching modes is the only way to improve the students’ comprehesive capability and quality. SPT talents-cultivating system focuses on cultivating students’ 3 core competitive abilities： linguistic and professional practice ability and comprehensive professional ability; and it aims to cultivate application-oriented foreign language talents with high comprehnsive professional ability and foreign-related business management talents. The application of SPT system to Korean talent-cultivating system covers the shortage of the traditional korean-teaching modes,and cultivates systematically the students’ listening,speaking,reading,writing and translating skills,finaly achieving the objective of cultivating successful application-oriented foreign language talents.
