胃肠外科护士标准化回流灌肠培训的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨对胃肠外科护士实施标准化回流灌肠培训的效果。方法对科内16名临床工作5年以内护士实施回流灌肠操作及理论培训,将2013年培训的8名护士作为对照组,给予常规培训;将2014年培训的8名护士作为观察组,实施标准化回流灌肠进行培训。培训结束对两组进行理论及操作考评,考核通过再提交护理部对护士进行综合能力检测比较。结果观察组回流灌肠理论和操作考核成绩以及护士综合能力检测评分结果优于对照组且差异且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施标准化回流灌肠培训,能有效提高护士的护理水平和为患者服务能力,是提高整体护理质量的有效措施。Objective To evaluate the effect of standardized reflux enema training of gastrointestinal suigical nurse.Methods Reflux enema and theory training were done to 16 nurses ,who have worked for less than 5 years in clinic.Routine training were administrated for 8 nurses who have trained in 2013, as a control group;Standardized reflux enema training were administrated for other 8 nurses who have trained in 2014.Theory and operation tests were finished for two groups, then comprehensive ability were compared between two groups. Results The grades of theory and operation of reflex enema in standardized training group were better than routine training group. There was a significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Standardized reflux enema training can effectively improve the care level for patients, it is an effective step to iprove the whole nursing quality.
