摘  要:为研究周期性瞬态燃气压力对气缸盖动态应力及变形的影响,针对某型六缸柴油机气缸盖在四个循环燃气压力作用下的动态响应进行了仿真,建立了由气缸盖、气缸体、气缸套及螺栓组成的装配体模型,进行了网格划分及边界条件施加,通过瞬态动力学计算得到了燃气压力作用下气缸盖的动态变形和应力分布情况,可以为气缸盖可靠性设计提供数据支撑。To study the transient stress and deformation of cylinder head under periodic in-cylinder gas pressure, simulation study of dynamic response of cylinder head from a diesel engine with six cylinders under four cycles transient in-cylinder gas pressure was made. An assembly model composed of cylinder head, cylinder block, cylinder liner and bolts was built and mesh grid was divided. Then transient stress and deformation of cylinder head under periodic in-cylinder gas pressure were obtained through dynamic calculation, and these would provide data for reliability design of cylinder head.
