摘  要:目的评价南京某三甲医院呼吸科患者地高辛、茶碱和万古霉素血药浓度的监测结果,促进临床合理、安全、有效用药。方法回顾性分析该院呼吸科2013年1月—2015年12月地高辛、茶碱和万古霉素的血药浓度监测数据。结果该院呼吸科共监测358例次血药浓度,其中地高辛127例次(35.47%)、茶碱124例次(34.64%)、万古霉素107例次(29.89%);地高辛、茶碱、万古霉素的血药浓度达标比例分别为55.12%、56.45%和50.47%,1例万古霉素血药浓度超标的患者表现出了肾毒性。结论对呼吸科患者实施血药浓度监测,有利于实现个体化给药,对临床合理、安全、有效用药能起到重要作用。Objective The monitoring data of plasma concentration for Digoxin,Theophylline and Vancomycin in a certain tertiary hospital in Nanjing was analyzed to provide reference for clinical drug use in the Pneumology department. Methods The monitoring records of Digoxin,Theophylline and Vancomycin were retrospectively investigated and statistically analyzed from January 2013 to December 2015 in the Pneumology department.Results A total of 358 cases were involved,including 127 cases( 35.47%) of Digoxin,124 cases( 34.64%) of Theophylline and 107 cases( 29.89%) of Vancomycin.The proportions of Digoxin,Theophylline and Vancomycin in effective plasma concentration range were 55.12%,56.45% and50.47%,respectively.The Nephrotoxicity was found in a patient with plasma concentration of Vancomycin exceeding its effective range. Conclusions The plasma concentration monitoring for Pneumology department patients is helpful to promote individualized drug administration for patients.It can increase the safety and efficacy of drug therapy.
