摘　　要：目的 观察维吾尔医沙疗治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法 埋沙治疗1~2疗程,记录治疗前后患者关节疼痛数、关节肿胀数、关节压痛数、测定红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白,进行疾病活动评分（DAS28评分）,用视觉模拟评分法（VAS评分）评估治疗前后关节疼痛的程度。结果 共治疗患者78例,经DAS28评分表明疗效显著58例,有效13例,无效7例,总有效率91.03%。治疗后患者关节疼痛程度均有缓解,治疗前后患者关节痛评分有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论 维吾尔医沙疗能有效缓解类风湿关节炎患者的关节症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Uygur sand therapy for the patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods The sand therapy was operated for 1 ~ 2 courses. The number of joint pain,joint swelling,joint tenderness,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C reactive protein before and after treatment were recorded.The disease activity score（ DAS28 score） and visual analogue scale（ VAS） were used to evaluate the degree of joint pain before and after treatment. Results 78 cases were treated. The DAS28 score showed the significant effect was for 58 cases,effective effect was for 13 cases and ineffective effect was for 7 cases.The total effective rate was 91.03%.The degree of joint pain was relieved after treatment.The VAS score showed that joint pain scores before and after treatment were significantly different（ P〈0.01）.Conclusion The Uygur sand therapy can effectively relieve joint symptoms in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
