摘　　要：从创新投入、创新组织、创新产出和创新环境等维度,构建了区域企业技术创新能力评价指标体系,对福建省企业技术创新能力进行横向比较评价和纵向趋势评价,最终提出相关结论和建议,以期为福建省企业技术创新相关政策的制定提供依据。A technological innovation index system is designed to evaluate regional enterprises from four dimensions including innovation input,innovation organization,innovation output and innovation environment. Horizontal comparison and longitudinal trend are made to evaluate technological innovative capabilities of enterprises in Fujian. It puts forward the relevant conclusions and suggestions which offer a reference to formulate relevant policies for the technological innovation of enterprises in Fujian.
