福建台资企业融资困境研究——基于闽台金融合作的视角

摘　　要：利用福建自由贸易区对台的政策优势,福建台资企业在快速增长的同时,其融资供求矛盾也不断加深。究其原因,除了受到福建相对不成熟的融资环境的影响,还受到闽台金融合作滞后性因素的制约。深化闽台金融合作成为破解福建台资企业融资困境的重要课题,应从改善福建金融环境,吸引台资银行入驻福建;健全闽台资金清算机制,降低融资成本;建立多层次资本市场体系,拓宽融资渠道;加强闽台金融业交流,完善台资企业征信体系等方面加强闽台金融合作。Attracted to the policy advantages in Fujian free trade zone,Taiwan Residents-invested enterprises grow rapidly in Fujian,at the same time,the contradiction between financing supply and demand is deepening. That is affected by the relatively immature financing environment of Fujian,and also restricted by the hysteresis of financial cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan. Therefore,deepening financial cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan is becoming a very important subject to break the financing difficulties of Taiwan Residents-invested enterprises in Fujian. It proposes strategies to strengthen financial cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan,that are,improving the financial environment of Fujian to attract Taiwan Residents Banks,improving sound monetary fund settlement mechanism between Fujian and Taiwan to reduce financing cost,establishing a unified system of capital market between Fujian and Taiwan to widen financing channels,strengthening financial exchanges between Fujian and Taiwan and improving the Taiwan Residents-invested enterprises credit system.
