中药对热应激肉仔鸡损伤肝脏修复病理学观察

摘　　要：为研究复方中药冲剂对热应激肉鸡受损肝细胞的修复效果,试验选18日龄AA+肉仔鸡120只,试验后每组迅速随机捕杀3只鸡,收集肝脏组织进行组织病理学及超微结构观察。结果显示,中药复方组和纯中药组肉鸡受损肝细胞得到有效修复,说明本中药冲剂对热应激肉鸡受损肝细胞有一定的修复作用,能达到应激条件下保护动物机体和细胞的作用,提高抗应激能力。To study the repair effect of compound Chinese medicine granule on thermal stress induced chicken liver cell damage, 120 AA ＋ broilers at 18-day-old were randomly divided into Chinese medicine compound group,VC group, Chinese medicine granule group and heat stress model group, each group Three chickens were killed quickly and the liver tissue were collected for pathology and ultrastructure observation. Results showed that the compound Chinese medicine could effectively repair damaged liver cells. lt is concluded Chinese medicine granule can protect animals from heat stress.
