摘  要:根据等离子体美容仪负载的特殊性要求,设计了大气压交流放电状态自动频率跟踪电路,以达到仪器的稳定输出.详细讨论了频率自动跟踪电路的设计思想和实现方案.利用窗口比较器来检测输出状态改变,并转换为V/f变换的控制信号,通过压控振荡使得功率变换器的振荡频率跟踪系统本征频率的变化,以保持谐振状态,得到稳定输出.对所研制的电路进行了具体测试,结果表明:频率跟踪效果好,仪器输出稳定,使用效果佳.According to the particularity requirement of the plasma cosmetic instrument load, the automatic frequency tracking circuit of the atmospheric pressure AC discharge was designed to achieve a stable output of the instrument. The design idea and implementation scheme of the automatic frequency tracking circuit was discussed in detail. The change of output voltage caused by oscillation frequency was detected by the window comparator. The frequency of generator was followed with v/f transform circuit. A stable output was obtained through frequency automatic tracking . For the designed circuit, specific tests were carried out. The results show that the frequency tracking ability is excellent. The instrument obtains a stable output and good utilization effect.
