摘 要:目前,我国西部铁路运输网络建设处于完善阶段,战略装车点的建设在铁路货运发展中起着不可替代的地位,采用合理的评价方法对铁路战略装车点的选址具有重要意义。结合铁路战略装车点建设的现状,采用模糊综合评判法和层次分析法,建立模糊综合评判模型进行选址评价,最后用实例验证该方法在战略装车点选址中的合理性,为铁路战略装车点的选择提供可靠的依据,并对铁路战略装车点地址的选址提出相关建议。At present, the western railway transport network construction at the perfect stage, the construction of strategic loading point in rail freight plays an irreplaeeable role in the development, adopting reasonable evaluation method for railway strategic loading point location is of great significance. In combination with the present situation of the railway construction of strategic loading point, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analyile hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is set up to the site selection evaluation, finally an example is used to verify the rationality of this method in strategic loading point location, for railway provide reliable basis for the selection of strategic loading point, and the lecation selection of railway strategic loading point addresses relevant suggestions are put forward.
