摘　　要：介绍了彩色半定向聚四氟乙烯薄膜的制备,此薄膜用于通讯、计算机、国防军工、电线电缆行业传输信号的进出线路分辨,区别线路有保障,也可用于高温即耐热环境要求高的绝缘场合,经测试彩色PTFE薄膜的电气强度大于40KV/mm、拉伸强度大于25MPa、薄膜材料的分解温度为386℃,各项性能指标均能满足用户的要求。The paper introduced the manufacture of color semi-directed polytetrafluoroethyl- ene （PTFE） film. This film is used for communication, computer, and defense. It can dis- tinguish incoming and outgoing lines of transmitting signals in the wire and cable industry, distinguish among differing lines. And it can also be used in the insulation occasions that require high heat-resistant environment. By test analysis, the electric strength of this film is greater than 40KV/mm. Its tensile strength is greater than 25MPa and the decomposition temperature of this film material is 386-C. Test results prove that the performances of this design can meet the user＇s requirements.
