摘　　要：基于S7-200PLC的自由口通讯功能,设计了斗轮堆取料机无线流程控制系统的断电处理程序,包括初始化子程序、上电告知子程序、断电报错子程序和故障处理子程序4部分。实现了基于PLC与数传电台无线控制系统的断电处理,保障了生产安全。Based on S7-200 PLC free port communication function, a power-off processing program is designed for the wireless process control system of bucket wheel stacker, including the initialization subroutine, advising subroutine, the power failure error subroutine and the fault handling subroutine. Power-off processing is realized based on PLC and wireless radio controlling system, so that safety can be guaranteed.
