摘　　要：本文首先阐述了"三网融合"和农产品电子商务的概念和内涵,接着介绍了国外农村"三网融合"的模式,然后又介绍了我国农村"三网融合"的现状,最后详细介绍了淮安市在推进农村"三网融合"与农产品电子商务方面采取的政策与措施。This paper first expounded the concept and connotation of rural integration of three networks and agricultural products e-commerce, and introduced the mode of rural integration of three networks in foreign countries, as well as its current situation in China, and finally proposed the policies and measures taken to promote the rural integration of three networks and the agricultural products e-commerce in Huai＇an.
