摘  要:以某新建铁路工程特大桥连续梁使用的挂篮为例,利用有限元软件MIDAS建立挂篮的整体模型,计算挂篮在最重梁段浇注混凝土的工况下挂篮结构的强度和稳定性,并对挂篮在行走过程的抗倾覆性进行验算,保证挂篮结构本身以及施工过程中全桥的安全性。结果表明:挂篮结构受力安全是保证悬臂施工的关键;该菱形挂篮在2种工况下均具有较好的稳定性,满足施工安全要求。Taking the application of hanging basket for continuous beam in a railway bridge that is under construction as an example, an integral model of the hanging basket was established with MIDAS, a software for finite element analysis. In order to guarantee the safety of hanging basket and the bridge, the structural strength and stability of the hanging basket under the working condition of pouring the heaviest beam was calculated, and the overturn resistance of hanging basket during its movement was checked. The results show that it is critical to keep the safety of hanging basket during the construction of cantilever; the diamond-shaped hanging basket maintains stability under two working conditions.
