典型乙烯球罐储运系统的工艺安全设计

摘　　要：简单介绍了某乙烯球罐储运系统的工艺流程,阐述了球罐及主流程、排放系统工艺安全设计要点。对可能存在的风险进行了分析,并提出了风险防范及应对措施。在进行乙烯球罐储运系统的工艺安全设计时应做到以下三点:(1)严格遵守国家制定的相关标准规范;(2)应结合介质特性充分考虑各种可能的工况,分析可能发生的危险,采取相应的安全措施;(3)从技术经济方面综合考虑优化系统,避免安全问题的发生。The process flowsheet diagram for ethylene spherical tank storage and transportation system was brieflyintroduced, the key points of the process safety design of the spherical tank, the main process and the exhaust system wereanalyzed. The possible risks were analyzed, and risk prevention measures were put forward. When the process safetydesign of ethylene spherical tank storage and transportation system was beginning, the following three points should bedone as follows： standard specifications formulated by government should be strictly observed, various possible workingconditions should be considered by the fully consideration of the characteristics of the medium and the possible dangersshould be analyzed and appropriate security measures should be taken, the occurrence of security issues should be avoidedby the system optimization from the technical and economic aspects.
