摘 要:以仙客来"大红"品种新鲜花粉为试材,用液体培养基培养花粉的方法比较了不同浓度的蔗糖、硼酸、氯化钙对花粉萌发的影响。结果表明:蔗糖和硼酸对花粉萌发的作用极显著,而氯化钙的作用没有达到显著水平。适宜的花粉培养液为:蔗糖10%+硼酸20mg/L+氯化钙30mg/L。低浓度的培养液会导致花粉内含物外流;高浓度的培养液会导致原生质体失水以致质壁分离。Based on the fresh pollen of Cyclamen "Great Red", this experiment compaired the different effect of sucrose, horacic acid and, using. The results illustrate that the effects of sucrose and boracic acid are remarkable, while the effect of cal- cium chloride is unconspicuous. The fitting liquid substrate is that 10~ of sucrose plus 20mg/L boracic acid and 30mg/L calci- um chloride. Lower consistency of liquid substrate can lead to extravasation of fovilla, while higher consistency of liquid sub- strate can lead to dehydration of the protoplast and plasmolysis.
