摘  要:以中草药祁连圆柏叶片、艾草和青杨锯末为原料,制成不同质量比烟雾剂,在日光温室栽培条件下对葡萄的主要病害和虫害进行了防治对比试验。结果表明:处理2质量比为祁连圆柏叶片粉末:艾草粉末:青杨锯末=2:1:1的配方对葡萄白粉病和霜霉病防治效果明显,处理3质量比为祁连圆柏叶片粉末:艾草粉末:青杨锯末=1:2:1的配方对葡萄灰霉病防治效果明显,但所有配方对葡萄虫害叶螨、瓜蚜和白粉虱防治效果不明显。处理2与对照相比葡萄枝、叶、果的白粉病发病率分别降低了42.86%、47.47%、62.50%,葡萄枝、叶、果的霜霉病发病率分别降低了45.45%、37.31%、33.33%。处理3与对照相比葡萄叶、果的灰霉病发病率分别降低了39.49%、59.01%。建议在葡萄绿色有机栽培中可采用中草药烟雾剂来防治病害。Different mass ratio smoke agents were made up of Sabina przewalskii leaves, Artemisia argyi, and Populus cathayana Rehd sawdust, which were used to prevent and control grape disease and pest in greenhouse. The result showed that the treatment two's prevention and control effect to powdery and downy mildew was obvious, which was made up of Sabina przewalskii leaves: Artemisia argyi powder: Populus cathayana Rehd sawdust=2 : 1 : 1 with mass ratio, the treatment three' s prevention and control effect to gray mould was obvious, which was made up of Sabina przewalskii leaves: Artemisia argyi powder: Populus cathayana Rehd sawdust= 1:2:1 with mass ratio, but all treatment's prevention and control effect to mites, aphids, and whiteflies was not obvious. The treatment two's powdery mildew morbidity of branches, leaves, and fruits in- creased 42.86%, 47.47%, and 62.50% separately, the downy mildew morbidity of branches, leaves, and fruits increased 45.45%, 37.31%, and 33.33% separately. The treatment three's gray mould morbidity of leaves, fruits increased 39.49%, 59.01% separately compared to CK. Chinese herbal medicine smoke agent was recommended to prevent and control disease in grape green or organic cultivation.
