摘　　要：自2016年9月21日起,根据《关于进一步做好货车非法改装和超限超载治理工作的意见》要求,各地交通运输、公安部门将严格按照强制性国家标准规定的最大允许总质量限值,认定车辆车货总重是否超限超载。和以前的＂治超＂行动相比,新一轮＂治超＂不仅持续时间长、力度大、执法更严格,而且采取了＂一超四罚＂的惩罚方式,旨在从根本和源头上遏制货运车辆超限超载的现象。This is a special coltnnn for owners of all kinds of commercial vehicle to exchange views and publicize their opinions.
