摘  要:在2 L磁力搅拌釜中,于152-168℃模拟氧化温度的升温、恒温和降温序列对环己烷空气氧化制环己酮的氧化反应的影响进行了考察,对不同温度序列下尾氧的变化趋势、环己烷氧化的转化率以及选择性进行了比较.结果表明:吸氧速度的变化按照升温、恒温和降温序列依次减慢;环己烷氧化选择性随转化率上升而下降,不同温度序列对选择性的影响不显著,降温序列有利于平稳操作,升温序列有利于提高选择性;当环己烷转化率为4.3%时,恒温序列和降温序列时选择性均为90.05%,升温序列时选择性为90.85%.The effects of temperature-rising series, constant temperature series and temperature-dropping series on the air oxidation of cyclohexane into cyclohexanone were simulated and investigated over 152-168 ℃ in a 2 L magnetic stirring reactor . The change law of the oxygen content in tail gas and the conversion rate and selectivity of cyclohexane oxidation was compared under different temperature series .The results showed that the change in the oxygen up-take rate was from high to low in the order of temperature-rising series , constant temperature series and temperature-dropping series;the selectivity of the cyclohexane oxidation was decreased with the increase of the conversion rate;the temperature series had no great effect on the selectivity , and the temperature-dropping series was beneficial to the stable operation when the temperature-rising series helped to raise the selectivity;the constant temperature series and temperature-dropping series provided the selectivity of 90.05%and the temperature-rising series provided the selectivity of 90.85%when the conversion rate of cyclohexane was 4.3%.
