摘 要:为研究超细钢-聚丙烯纤维对混凝土力学性能的影响,进行了9组超细钢-聚丙烯混杂纤维混凝土试件的立方体抗压强度和劈裂强度试验,分析了超细钢纤维、聚丙烯纤维体积掺量对混凝土力学性能的影响。结果表明:混杂纤维的掺入使混凝土的立方体抗压强度、劈裂强度及拉压比均有提高,混杂纤维混凝土破坏产生明显延性特征;超细钢纤维体积掺量对混凝土力学性能的影响最大,混凝土强度及拉压比随超细钢纤维掺量增加而增大;聚丙烯纤维体积掺量增加对混凝土力学性能的影响并非线性提高,混掺0.1%聚丙烯纤维和1.5%超细钢纤维的混凝土获得最佳力学性能,抗压强度提高19.42%,劈裂抗拉强度提高56.78%,拉压比提高30.16%。In order to study the mechanical properties of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete,9 different groups of concrete specimens with ultra-fine steel fiber( UFSF) and polypropylene fiber( PPF) were tested according to the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength test,and the influence of the volume fraction of UFSF and PPF were analyzed. The results indicate that compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and tension-compression ratio were increased after adding a reasonable volume of hybrid fiber. Hybrid fiber concrete has noticeable ductile characteristics. The volume fraction of UFSF was proved to have the biggest influence on the mechanical properties of concrete. The mechanical properties of the hybrid fiber reinforced concrete were enhanced effectively with the increase of UFSF. The mechanical properties of concrete were not enhanced linearly with the volume fraction of PPF. Hybrid fiber concrete with 0. 1% dosage of PPF and 1. 5% dosage of UFSF achieved the best mechanical properties. Besides,the compressive and strength was increased by 19. 42%,splitting strength was increased by 56. 78%,and tension-compression ratio was increased by 30. 16%.
