摘 要:目的探讨何首乌多糖抗疲劳作用及其机制。方法雄性SPF级昆明种小鼠150只,随机分为3批,每批50只,每批动物随机分为空白对照组、西洋参对照组、何首乌多糖高、中、低剂量组,连续灌胃14 d后,分别进行负重游泳,测定力竭游泳时间、血清尿素氮、血乳酸含量、肝糖原含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与空白对照组比较,何首乌多糖力竭游泳时间显著延长;肝糖原含量及SOD活性显著升高;血清尿素氮、血乳酸含量及MDA含量明显降低。结论何首乌多糖具有抗疲劳作用,其抗疲劳效应可能与其抗氧化作用有关。Objective To explore the anti-fatigue effect and mechanism of polysaccharides from Polygonum muhiflorum. Methods 150 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 3 batches, each of which consisted of 5 groups:blank control, Panax quinquefolius, Polygonum muhiflorum Polysaccharide low, middle and high dose groups. After fourteen days of treatment, all the mice were evaluated for their exhaustive swimming time and the contents of blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and blood lactic acid, hepatic glycongen, superoxide dismutase (SOD), MDA. Results Compared with those of blank control group, exhaustive swimming time of Polygonum multiflorum Polysaccharide group was extended, hepatic glycongen and SOD activity were improved greatly, BUN and blood lactic acid, MDA levels were decreased remarkably. Conclu sions Polygonum multiflorum Polysaccharide could alleviate physical fatigue,which might be due to the improvement of antioxidation.
