山东人类精子库自精保存的现状分析及对策

摘　　要：目的回顾分析山东大学附属生殖医院人类精子库(以下简称山东人类精子库)从2009年1月到2015年12月共317名自精保存患者的情况,总结工作中已取得的经验及存在的不足,探索未来的发展方向。方法从每年自精保存的人数变化、保存原因、年龄、学历和职业等方面回顾性分析山东人类精子库自精保存的情况。结果山东人类精子库每年自精保存人数总体呈上升趋势,在自精保存原因中,因来我院辅助生殖取精困难或少弱精子症患者保存备用精子所占比例最高,约为47.6%;其次为保存精子以备未来生育使用,所占比例约为34.7%。自精保存者以中青年为主,人员组成多样化,以具有大专以上学历的知识分子、白领、公务员所占比例最高,且各类人员自精保存原因不同。结论越来越多的人开始接受自精保存。人类精子库应加大对医务工作者及社会人员的宣传,让更多的人了解自精保存的现实作用,使更多的人在需要时能够到人类精子库进行自精保存,延续自己生育的能力。Objective To retrospectively analyze the situation of autologous sperm preservation of 317 patients from January 2009 to December 2015 in Shandong human sperm bank, and summarize work experience and deficiency for discovering the future development direction. Methods Based on the aspects of the annual changes in the number of autologous sperm preservation, the reasons of preservation, age, education and occupation, the situation of autologous sperm preservation in the human sperm bank of Shandong was retrospectively evaluated. Results The number of autologous sperm preservation patients in Shandong human sperm bank gradually increased every year. The proportion of the patients with difficulty of assisted reproduction and spare sperm accounted for 47.6%. The proportion of patients with sperm preservation for future use accounted for 34.7%. The most of people for autologous sperm preservation was young men. Most of them were intellectuals, white-collar workers, civil servants with college education background. They had different reasons for autologous sperm preservation. Conclusion More and more people begin to accept the autologous sperm preservation; Human sperm bank should spread the propaganda in medical staff and society, and let more people understand the value of autologous sperm preservation, and reduce the occurrence of infertility.
