专科特色护理在功能性鼻内镜手术患者中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨专科特色护理服务在功能性鼻内镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取功能性鼻内镜手术患者150例,按手术时间分成实验组和对照组,各75例。对照组实施常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上实施专科特色护理服务措施。分别对患者术后的疼痛分值、自护水平和对护理服务满意度进行评价。结果实验组术后疼痛评分分级较对照组低,自护水平掌握程度和护理满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专科特色护理服务使健康宣教更具专科特色和规范性,能够显著提高患者的自我护理水平,提高护理服务满意度。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of specialist nursing for patients undergoing function endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods A total of 150 patients undergoing function endoscopic sinus surgery were assigned to the study group and the control group according to the sequence of receiving operation,with 75 cases in each group. Both two groups were given routing nursing care and the study group was given specialist nursing intervention. The pain degree after function endoscopic sinus surgery,self-care ability and satisfaction to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results Patients in the study group had a lower degree of postoperative pain,higher self-care ability and nursing satisfaction compared with those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Specialist nursing,as an characteristic and normative way of healthy education,can improve the self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing function endoscopic sinus surgery.
