综合护理干预在行内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗早期上消化道肿瘤患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在行内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗的早期上消化道肿瘤患者中的应用效果。方法选取行内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗的早期上消化道肿瘤患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合护理干预。观察2组患者手术时间、术后禁食时间、术后住院时间及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后禁食时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为3.3%(1/30)低于对照组的20.0%(6/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预对内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗的早期上消化道肿瘤患者具有较好的应用效果,可促进患者康复,降低术后并发症发生风险。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with early upper gastrointestinal cancer undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection. Methods A total of 60 patients with early upper gastrointestinal cancer undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. Both two groups received conventional nursing care,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing interventions. The operation time,postoperative fasting time,length of stay and postoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results Patients in the observation group had shorter postoperative fasting time and length of stay compared with those in the control group respectively,with significant differences（ P〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complication was3. 3%（1 /30） in the observation group and was 20. 0%（6 /30） in the control group,with a significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce risk of postoperative complications and improve the rehabilitation in patients with early upper gastrointestinal cancer undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection.
