改良Seldinger技术在非超声引导下PICC置管中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良Seldinger技术(MST)在非超声引导下经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)中的应用。方法50例患者均选择MST,在非超声引导下经前臂静脉进行PICC置管。观察穿刺置管效果,总结相关护理经验。结果 46例患者(92.0%)经前臂静脉穿刺置管成功,经X线摄片检查无导管异位。结论对前臂可触及到血管的患者,在非超声引导下运用MST技术,对提高穿刺成功率、改善患者舒适度具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the effect of modified Seldinger technique（ MST） in peripherally inserted central catheter（ PICC） without ultrasound guidance. Methods A total of 50 patients undergoing PICC were included in this study. The MST and PICC intubation by forearm veins was carried out without guidance of ultrasound. The catheterization outcome and related nursing measures were summarized. Results Of 50 patients undergoing PICC,46 cases（92. 0%） were successfully catheterized without PICC misplacement under radiography. Conclusion To those patient with palpable forearm veins,application of MST without guidance of ultrasound is an effective way of ensuring successful rate of venipuncture and improve the comfort level of patient with PICC.
