摘  要:为了研究涡旋压缩机工作过程中腔内气体非稳态流动过程,建立了涡旋压缩机压缩腔的模型,依据动静涡旋齿啮合间隙调节压缩腔内流体区域的动网格分布,采用RNG k-ε湍流数学模型,实现了压缩腔内气体流动的数值模拟,研究气体速度场、压力场和温度场分布规律,分析了流场分布不均匀性的形成原因,探索了压缩腔间气体泄漏引起的传热、传质过程对非稳态流动的影响。In order to study the unsteady flow of gas in the cavity during the working process of scroll compressor,the model of the compression chamber of the scroll compressor is established. According to the meshing clearance between the orbiting and fixed scroll,the dynamic mesh distribution of the fluid region in the compression chamber is adjusted. The numerical simulation of gas flow in the compressed cavity was realized by using the RNG turbulencemathematics model andthe distribution of gas velocity, pressure and temperature field are studied. Not only the reasons for the uneven distribution of the flow field are analyzed,but al- sothe effects of heat transfer and mass transfer on the unsteady flow in the compression chamber are explored.
