尿毒清颗粒联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病大量蛋白尿临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察尿毒清颗粒联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病大量蛋白尿的临床疗效。方法将78例糖尿病肾病大量蛋白尿患者随机分为2组。对照组38例予缬沙坦胶囊治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加用尿毒清颗粒治疗。2组均治疗1个月后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后24h尿微量蛋白、24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐(Cr)及尿素氮(BUN)。结果治疗组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率78.95%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后24h尿微量蛋白、24h尿蛋白定量、Cr及BUN均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尿毒清颗粒联用缬沙坦胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病大量蛋白尿疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Uremic clearance granules combined with valsartan capsule on the treatment of diabetic nephropathy（DN） complicated with massive proteinuria. Methods 78 DN patients complicated with massive proteinuria were randomly divided into two groups. 38 patients in control group were treated by valsartan capsule,and 40 patients in treatment group were treated by Uremic clearance granules on the basis of control group treatment. The curative effect was evaluated 1 month after treatment in two groups. The 24h urinary microprotein,24h urine protein excretion,serum creatinine（Cr） and urea nitrogen before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group（95. 00%） was superior to that in control group（78. 95%,P〈0.05）. The 24h urinary microprotein,24h urine protein excretion,Cr and urea nitrogen after treatment were decreased in two groups（P〈0.05）,and the decrease in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Uremic clearance granules combined with valsartan capsule has exact effect on the treatment of DN complicated with massive proteinuria
