丹红注射液治疗老年不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效观察及对患者同型半胱氨酸、氧化低密度脂蛋白水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察丹红注射液治疗老年不稳定性心绞痛(UA)的临床疗效及对患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、氧化低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)水平的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法将80例老年UA痛患者例随机分为2组。对照组40例,予西医常规治疗;治疗组40例,在对照组的基础上加用丹红注射液治疗。2组均治疗14 d后,观察2组临床疗效及心电图疗效,并比较2组治疗前后Hcy及ox-LDL水平变化。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率77.5%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组心电图疗效总有效率77.5%,对照组总有效率67.5%,治疗组心电图疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后Hcy及ox-LDL水平与本组治疗前比较均有明显下降(P<0.05),而对照组治疗后仅Hcy水平与本组治疗前比较明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后Hcy及ox-LDL水平与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组Hcy及ox-LDL水平下降更明显。结论丹红注射液可明显改善老年UA患者临床症状,减少心绞痛发作频率,减少心肌耗氧量,改善心肌缺血,改善心电图表现,安全可靠,其作用机制可能与降低Hcy及ox-LDL水平有关。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Danhong injection on senile unstable angina（UA）and its effects on homocysteine（Hcy） and oxidized low density lipoprotein（ox-LDL）,to investigate its action mechanism. Methods 80 senile UA patients were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in control group were treated by western routine treatment. 40 cases in treatment group were treated by Danhong injection on the basis of control group treatment,continuously treatment for 14 d. The clinical effects and electrocardiogram（ECG） effects were observed in two groups. The levels of Hcy and ox-LDL before and after treatment were compared in two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical effect in treatment group（90. 0%） was superior to that in control group（77. 5%,P〈0.05）. The total ECG effective rate in treatment group（77. 5%） was superior to that in control group（67. 5%,P〈0.05）. The levels of Hcy and ox-LDL after treatment in treatment group were obviously decreased（P〈0.05）. In control group,only Hcy had significant reduction after treatment（P〈0.05）. There were statistical differences on Hcy and ox-LDL after treatment between two groups（P〈0.05）,the decrease in treatment group was more obvious. Conclusion Danhong injection can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in senile patients with UA,reduce angina attacks,decrease myocardial oxygen consumption,improve myocardial ischemia and ECG manifestations,safe and reliable,its mechanism may be related with the decrease of Hcy and ox-LDL.
