摘　　要：目的：探讨采用Gemini MKⅡ旋转平台假体在人工全膝关节置换术（ TKA）中的临床疗效。方法对102例患者（106膝）行TKA,均采用Gemini MKⅡ旋转平台假体进行置换,使用骨水泥固定,不置换髌骨。记录术前和术后末次随访的膝关节HSS评分及膝关节活动度。结果患者均获得随访,时间6-24个月。末次随访时,HSS 评分由术前的22-54（36．42±5．64）分提高至81-93（83．60±7．34）分,P〈0．05；膝关节活动度由术前的54°-85°（64．2°±5．1°）提高至102°-120°（106．9°±5．1°）, P〈0．05。 X线检查未发现骨溶解及假体松动等并发症。结论 Gemini MKⅡ旋转平台假体用于TKA近期临床效果满意,但长期效果还需进一步观察。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rotating platform knee prosthesis Gemini MKⅡin the total knee arthroplasty （TKA）. Methods Total 102 patients （106 knees） were treated with TKA by using rotating plat-form knee prosthesis Gemini MKⅡ. The prosthesis was fixed with bone cement. None received patellar replacement. Clinical evaluation of arthroplasty had been made by referring to the scoring systems on knee joints and on Feller Pa-tella of American Hospital for Special Surgery （ HSS） , so that difference on the following items would be clearly de-fined：HSS scores, the motion range of the knee joint before and the last follow-up of TKA. Results All patients were followed up from 6 months to 24 months. HSS score was improved from 22-54（36. 42 ± 5. 64）points preopera-tively to 81-93（83. 60 ± 7. 34）points,P〈0. 05. The range of montion was increased from 54°-85°（64. 2° ± 5. 1°） to 102°-120°（106. 9° ± 5. 1°） ,P〈0. 05. No complications of osteolysis and prosthesis loosening occurred. Con-clusions There are satisfactory results in a short time for rotating platform knee prosthesis Gemini MKⅡ in the TKA. A long term follow-up is obviously necessary to make more precise statement about the knee replacement sys-tem.
