健康体检人群尿酸、甘油三酯与肱踝脉搏波速度的关系

摘　　要：目的初步探讨南充地区体检者血尿酸、甘油三酯与肱踝脉搏波速度(ba PWV)下降的关系。方法采用横断面研究的方法收集5453例健康体检者血尿酸检查和甘油三酯结果,并测量脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV),1400cm/s≤ba PWV<1700cm/s为血管弹性轻度下降,1700cm/s≤ba PWV<2000cm/s为血管弹性中度下降,ba PWV≥2000cm/s为血管弹性重度下降。用Kruskal-Wallis单因素秩方差分析及卡方检验分析比较两者关系。结果 ba PWV下降的体检者中甘油三酯升高与高尿酸发生率高于正常组,且ba PWV下降程度越高,两者发生率越高。男性和女性体检者甘油三酯升高与高尿酸发生率在ba PWV下降者中均较高,男性与女性的甘油三酯升高发生率均随ba PWV的下降程度增高而增加,女性高尿酸发生情况随ba PWV的下降程度增高而增加,男性则没有这种趋势。结论初步推断甘油三酯、尿酸水平与脉搏波传导速度有一定相关性。Objective To initiallyexplore the relationship between serum uric acid,triglyceride and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity（ ba PWV） in patients with physical examination in Nanchong area.Methods Results of blood uric acid and triglyceride in 5453 healthy subjects were collected by a cross-sectional study. And the measurement of pulse wave velocity（ ba PWV）,1400 cm / s〈ba PWV〈1700cm / s was for vascular elasticity decreased slightly,1700 cm / s〈ba PWV〈2000cm / s was for moderate vascular elasticity decreased,and ba PWV = 2000 cm / s was for severe vascular elasticity decreased.Kruskal-Wallis single factor analysis of variance and chi square test were used to compare the relationship between the two factors.Results The incidence of triglyceride and high uric acid in ba PWV were higher than that in the normal group,and the higher the decreasing degree of ba PWV,the higher the incidence of both.The incidence of triglyceride and high uric acid in male and female subjects were higher than those withthe decrease of ba PWV.The incidence of triglyceride in male and female both increased with the decrease of ba PWV.The incidence of uric acid in female increased with the decrease of ba PWV,but there was no such trend in male.Conclusion It is initiallyconcluded that there is a certain correlation between the level of serum uric acid and the pulse wave velocity.
