摘 要:选用不锈钢纤维与涤纶混合编织的导电针织物,测试纬平、1+1罗纹和2+2罗纹组织针织物反复拉伸变化与导电灵敏度之间的关系,并分析针织物的导电灵敏度及传感性能。结果表明:在拉伸变化时,随着伸长率的增大不锈钢/涤纶针织物的导电灵敏度不断增大,纵向拉伸时电信号灵敏度优于横向拉伸时;加入氨纶的不锈钢/涤纶导电针织物,其导电灵敏度大于普通不锈钢/涤纶导电针织物的,3组不锈钢/涤纶导电针织物中,纬平结构针织物的灵敏度高于1+1罗纹织物,2+2罗纹组织灵敏度最差;同一种纬平组织下,导电针织物密度越大,电信号灵敏度越低;不同速率下,1+1罗纹组织织物的电信号相对较稳定,优于2+2罗纹组织和纬平组织织物。To investigate the conductivity and sensitivity of fabric knitted by stainless steel fiber and polyester, the relation-ship between repeated tensile and conductive sensitivity were studied. Fabric structures employed in this research were weft plain, 1+1 rib weaves and 2+2 rib weaves. It was found that with increasing elongation,the conductive sensitivity of stain-less steel knitted fabric decreased continuously. Electrical signal sensitivity of longitudinal tensile was better than transverse tensile. The conductive sensitivity of stainless steel/polyester knitted fabric blended with spandex was higher than the one without spandex. Weft knitted fabric has the best conductive sensitivity and 2+2 rib weaves tissue was the worst one among the three employed fabric structrues. With the same kind of weft flat organization, the higher the conductive fabric density, the lower the electrical signal sensitivity. Under different elongation speed, the electrical signals of 1 + 1 rib fabric was relatively stable and was better than the 2+2 rib weaves and weft flat organization fabrics.
