美国残疾人体育组织发展对我国的启示研究

摘　　要：以美国残疾人体育组织系统的发展经验为研究对象,探讨如何依靠社会有利资源,实现残疾人体育组织的发展以及相互之间的协同合作。研究表明:残疾人体育组织在促进残疾人体育事业发展进程中发挥着不可替代的重要作用,是残疾人体育事业持续进步的重要动力。随着国际体育对残疾人体育运动的普及化以及重视度的逐步提高,近年来我国也开始从理论和实践经验上思考如何以庞大的残疾人群体为基础,构建由大量民间组织发起的特殊群体体育组织,使这些身体残缺人士的爱好、兴趣与需求能最大程度地得到释放。从长远来看还能为国家残疾人体育运动输送源源不断的人才,促进国家残疾人体育事业的长远发展。This paper looks at the development of disability sports organizations（DSOs） in the United States, discusses how to benefit from social resources to achieve the development of DSOs and cooperation between them. The DSOs play an irre- placeable role in promoting sports for the disabled people, and is a driving force for their sustainable development. Along with popularization of sports among the disabled and more attention fromsociety in other countries, China has recently also commenced to consider, from botli theoretical and practical standpoints, how to build, based on the large disabled popula-tion , on special needs sports organizations launched by civil society groups, and to help to cater for the hobbies, interests and demands of the physically disadvantageous people. In the long run, this will also supply a steady stream of talent for disability sports of thenation and hence promote their long-term development.
