再论我国群众体育与竞技体育的关系——对习近平接见里约奥运代表团上的讲话分析

摘　　要：我国群众体育与竞技体育是何种关系,是体育学理论研究中的基础问题。长期以来,学者对二者关系发表了诸多论著,这些论著中就群众体育与竞技体育的关系观点大体可分为三类:"主次论"、"冲突论"、"同一论",但每种观点均有利弊。习近平从政治家的视野、国家战略的高度对群众体育与竞技体育的关系作了重要论述:群众体育是竞技体育之厚植基础,竞技体育可以带动群众体育发展,最终是为了实现人的全面发展。"厚植"意味着群众体育是竞技体育发展的深厚基础,竞技体育必须根植于群众体育带动"意味着竞技体育不能"躲进小楼成一统",为竞技而竞技,竞技体育必须以其"先锋"优势引领群众体育发展。习近平体育促进了人的全面发展,这是对社会发展的最终本质目的阐述。要以习近平体育观为指导思想,要求我国在普及群众体育的同时,坚持与完善竞技体育,协调处理好群众体育与竞技体育的关系,最终实现二者的协调、互补、互促。What is the relationship between mass sports and competitive sports in China is the basic problem in the study of the theory of physical education. For a long time,the relation between the two scholars published a lot of works,these works in the view of the relationship between mass sports and competitive sports can be roughly divided into three categories：＂the primary theory＇＂conflict theory＇＂identity theory＂. But each viewhas advantages and disadvantages. Xi Jinping made an important discussion on the relationship between mass sports and competitive sports from the perspective of politicians,the height of the national strategy of mass sports is sports Houzhi foundation,competitive sports can promote the development ofmass sports,is to realize the all-around development of the people. ＂Thick planting＂ means that mass sports is the basis of the development of competitive sports,competitive sports must be rooted in mass sports. ＂ Drive＂ means that competitive sports can not hide the small building into a unified,competitive and competitive,competitive sports must lead the development of mass sports in the ＂pioneer＂ advantage. Xi Jinping sports has promoted the all-round development of people,which is the ultimate nature ofsocial development. To Xi Jinping sports concept as the guiding ideology,China in the popularization of mass sports at the same time,adhere to and improve the coordination of competitive sports,deal with the relationship between mass sports and competitive sports,finally realize the two coordination,complementarity,mutual promotion.
