摘　　要：目的：探讨中心负压持续吸引治疗食管癌贲门癌术后吻合口瘘的护理方法。方法：选择2010年1月-2015年4月在我科施行食管癌、贲门癌根治术后并发吻合口瘘患者5例,术后瘘口脓腔引流管接中心负压持续吸引,定时冲洗脓腔,确保引流通畅,减轻全身中毒症状。给予肠内及肠外营养支持,做好基础护理和心理护理,促进康复。结果：5例吻合口瘘患者全部治愈出院。结论：中心负压持续吸引是临床上治疗食管贲门癌术后吻合口瘘的有效方法,加强患者的营养支持、基础护理及心理护理是关键措施。Objective： To explore the nursing method of anastomotic leak after esophageal carcinoma and cardiac cancer operation continuous central vacuum aspiration. Methods： Selected 5 patients who had anastomotic leak after esophageal carcinoma operation and cardiac cancer operation in our hospital from January 2010 to April 2015 and after the operation continuous central vacuum aspiration was conducted to wash the cavity to ensure the smooth drainage,so as to reduce the symptoms of poisoning. These patients were treated with enteral and parenteral nutrition. In addition,basic care and psychological care were provided for these patients to promote rehabilitation. Results： All of the 5 patients with anastomotic leak were cured and discharged. Conclusion： Continuous central vacuum aspiration is an effective method for the treatment of postoperative anastomotic leak in patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer. The key measures include strengthening the nutritional support,basic nursing and psychological nursing.
