循证护理在腰椎术后预防尿潴留患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨循证护理在腰椎手术后预防尿潴留中的应用效果。方法：将2015年1月-2016年4月行腰椎手术的患者39例采取循证护理方法,查询求证,结合手术实例,制定合理的护理方案,对患者采取尿潴留的预防并与2013年6月-2014年12月行腰椎手术未采取循证护理方法相比。结果：实施后较实施前更能有效预防尿潴留的发生。结论：通过循证护理在腰椎术后预防尿潴留的应用实践,促进护理人员运用科学依据的护理方法去解决护理问题,有效减少腰椎术后尿潴留的发生,提高康复效率。Objective： To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of urinary retention after lumbar surgery. Methods： Selected 39 patients underwent lumbar vertebral surgery from January 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital and treated them with evidence-based nursing to find the evidence and make reasonable nursing plans combining the surgery cases. And the prevention of urinary retention was implemented on the patient. The results of this group were compared with the results of the group selected from June 2014 to December 2014 who didn＇t take evidence-based nursing method. Results： It is more effective to prevent the occurrence of urinary retention after implementation of evidence-based nursing. Conclusion： Evidence- based nursing in the prevention of urinary retention after lumbar spinal surgery can promote the nurses to use scientific methods of nursing to solve the nursing problem,thus effectively reducing the incidence of urinary retention after lumbar surgery and improving the efficiency of rehabilitation.
