PDCA循环在医院感染重点科室环境卫生学及消毒灭菌效果监测采样管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨通过PDCA循环管理方法对提高医院感染重点科室环境卫生学及消毒灭菌效果监测结果合格率的作用。方法:将PDCA管理工具具体运用到重点科室环境卫生学及消毒灭菌效果监测管理中,发现问题、分析原因,不断整改,促进监测采样工作的持续改进。结果:PDCA循环管理法实施后除无菌物品外各项监测采样结果合格率明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理法能及时发现采样监测工作管理薄弱环节,及时完善改进,提高监测采样结果的合格率,有效减少医院感染的发生。Objective： To explore the effect of PDCA circulation management on improving environmental hygiene and qualified rate of sampling management of disinfection and sterilization in the key departments of infection. Methods： The PDCA management tools were applied to the environmental hygiene and qualified rate of sampling management of disinfection and sterilization in the key departments of infection,so that the problems were identified and the reasons were analyzed to rectify continuous and to promote the continuous improvement of monitoring of sampling work. Results： After the implementation of the PDCA circulation management,the qualified rate of sampling results was significantly higher than that before the implementation except for the sterile items. The difference was of statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The PDCA circulation management method can detect the weak points of sampling monitoring work timely and improve the passing rate of monitoring sampling results,so that it can reduce the occurrence of infection in the hospital.
