摘　　要：目的:探讨那格银+持续封闭式负压引流(LAG+VSD)联合冲洗在大面积皮肤软组织创伤缺损治疗中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析40例大面积皮肤软组织创伤缺损患者的临床资料,均于LAG+VSD联合冲洗同时予以护理干预措施。记录其植皮成活率、相关并发症发生情况及换药次数、受伤至Ⅱ期手术时间、总住院治疗时间。结果:40例受试者平均换药(6.3±2.2)次,受伤至Ⅱ期手术时间(13.5±2.6)d,总住院治疗时间(22.6±5.8)d;植皮成活38例,成活率为95.0%;无创面大面积出血、严重感染、皮肤坏死等并发症发生。结论:LAG+VSD联合冲洗治疗同时予以综合护理干预措施,对改善大面积皮肤软组织创伤缺损患者创面愈合效果、缩短其治疗时间、调节细菌计数水平等具有积极影响。Objective： To investigate the effect of Nage silver plus LAG and VSD model combined flushing in the treatment of large area skin and soft tissue trauma defect. Methods： Retrospective analysis was conducted to study the clinical data of 40 cases of patients with large area of skin and soft tissue trauma and nursing intervention was applied to them during the flushing of LAG plus VSD. The survival rate of skin graft,the incidence of related complications and the number of dressing changes,the time of injury to Ⅱphase of surgery as well as the total hospitalization time. Results： The average times of dressing change was（ 6. 3 ± 2. 2） in 40 cases. The time from injury to Ⅱ phase of surgery was（ 13. 5 ± 2. 6） days and the total hospitalization time was（ 22. 6 ± 5. 8）days. The survival rate of skin graft was 38 cases with the survival rate of 95. 0 %. There was no invasive large area of bleeding,severe infection,skin necrosis and other complications. Conclusion： LAG ＋ VSD combined with rinsing therapy and comprehensive nursing can improve the wound healing effect,shorten the treatment time and regulate the bacterial count in patients with large area skin and soft tissue trauma. It has a positive effect on comprehensive nursing intervention.
