摘 要:目前检测皮革偶氮染料过程中面临有机溶剂污染严重、操作繁琐等问题,急需建立一种高效富集样品裂解液中芳香胺的环保途径。文中分析了溶剂萃取、重氮化-偶合显色、固相微萃取及液相微萃取等4种较为实用的技术应用于样品预处理的现状。基于各种技术的特点,并结合皮革材质组成,展望了液相微萃取技术的应用前景。The problems that obvious pollution due to the organic solvent and fussy operation during the procedure for testing banned AZO colorants in leather, urgently require a high efficient and environmental friendly technique to be developed for extracting the yielded aromatic amines from the sample cleavage solution. The existing four techniques as organic-solvent extraction, diazotization-coupling color reaction,solid-phase micro-extraction and liquid-phase micro–extraction, were introduced and evaluated for their feasibility for determining banned AZO colorants in leather. The liquid-phase micro-extraction technique was specially considered to be developed further due to leather matrix characteristics.
