摘 要:在东吴大学五十多年的办学历程中,校内学生学术社团数量众多,学生参与踊跃。各类学生学术社团在丰富与深化课堂教学内容,提升学生学术研究能力等方面发挥了积极作用。随着社会形势的变化,尤其到了解放战争时期,东吴大学学生学术社团政治化功能凸显,成为学校管理学生的训导单位。东吴大学学生学术社团的管理经验对现实具有启迪意义:学术社团有利于人才培养;对学术社团应予以引导和指导;学术社团的持续发展有赖于学生的自主性。Soochow University was founded in 1901, which existed for more than 50 years. During this time, the number of the student academic society in Soochow University was large, and many students take an active part in it. The society played a positive role in enriching and deepening the classroom teaching, as well as promoting the academic research. With the change of social situation, especially during the period of Liberation War in China, the society’s political function was strengthened. The university tried to make the society as a discipline tool. We can learn a lot from the student academic society in Soochow University. First, the society is good for talent development. Second, the university’s guidance is necessary. Third, the sustainable development of the academic community depends on students’ autonomy.
