摘　　要：介绍了沈阳近代金融建筑的分布及成因,从周围环境、建筑外立面、内部功能等角度,分析了沈阳近代金融建筑存在的问题,并提出了一些保护该地区金融建筑的建议,以延续该历史建筑的文化内涵。This paper introduced the distribution and origin of Shenyang modem financial architecture, from the surrounding environment, building outer facades, internal function and other angles, analyzed the existing problems of Shenyang modem financial architecture, and put forward some suggestions to protect the financial buildings in the area, with the continuation of the historic building cultural connotation.
