摘　　要：针对我国现有公益性水利工程管理模式的不足,提出了项目总控管理模式,介绍了项目总控的内容与方法,并运用挣值法对该模式进行了分析,指出项目总控法解决了项目管理部分难题,提高了管理效率。According to the deficiencies of China＇s existing public water conservancy engineering management mode, proposed the project gener-al control management mode, introduced the contents and methods of project general control, and analyzed the mode use of static value method, pointed out that the project general control method solved parts of problems of project management, improved the management efficiency.
