摘 要:瓦房子锰矿巷道围岩为泥质页岩,属于缓倾斜极薄的层状岩体,矿岩层节理发育,比较破碎。在开采过程中,巷道地压显现严重,阶段运输巷道出现了顶板整体下沉后岩层折断、底板起鼓、两帮内挤等破环现象,虽然采取了多种支护措施,但效果不明显。通过对地压进行理论计算及巷道围岩变形破坏原因和形式的分析,提出了顶拱加仰拱的协同巷道围岩变形的巷道掘支方案,据此研究了巷道掘进断面形式和喷锚网支护参数。利用Flac3D对巷道进行数值模拟分析,通过对巷道断面及支护形式改进前后的对比分析,可以看出改进后的断面形状以及支护形式可以很好地协同巷道围岩变形。The surrounding rocks of drifts in Wafangzi manganese mine are pelitic shale and belong to gently dipping extremely thin stratified rock mass,where joints develop between ore rocks,making the rock mass relatively fragmented. In the mining process,ground pressure increases in the drifts. Deformation phenomena like strata fracturing,floor swelling and inbound walls after the roof subsides take place in level haulage ways. Many support measures are adopted but don't work out. The paper carried out theoretical calculation of ground pressure,analyzed the causes and forms of surrounding rock deformation,proposed the upside arch and inverted arch combination,which can synchronize with the deformation of surrounding walls,for drift excavation and support plan,and according to it,studied the forms of excavation sections and the parameters of shotcrete- bolting- mesh supporting. The paper used Flac^3D to numerically simulate the drifts,compared the drift sections and supporting forms before and after the application of the plan,and concluded that the section shapes and support forms can well synchronize the deformation of surrounding rocks in drifts.
