摘  要:针对陕西某金矿新建尾矿库未做防渗处理,含氰尾矿浆不能达标排放导致新尾矿库无法启用的难题,在充分利用现有设备、设施及厂房的条件下对其选矿工艺进行了技术改造,由全泥氰化炭浆提金工艺改造为浮选—金精矿氰化炭浆提金工艺。生产实践表明:通过工艺改造及优化,金回收率由74.478%提高至79.314%,企业年增经济效益1 973万元;氰化尾矿排放量由10 000 t/d降低至289 t/d,有效地缓解了安全环保压力,为企业带来显著的社会效益。In light of the problem in a gold mine from Shaanxi that the new tailings cannot be used because the cyanide tailings pulp from the tailings pond without anti-seepage treatment cannot reach the discharge standard,technical renovation of mineral processing was carried out,making full use of the existing equipment,facilities and plants,changing the previous all-sliming cyanidation- CIP process to flotation- CIP process. Production practice shows that the recovery rate increased from 74. 478 % to 79. 314 %; the annual profit increase is 19. 73 million RMB; and the discharge of cyanide tailings can be reduced from 10 000 t / d to 289 t / d after the technical renovation,which effectively mitigates environmental pressure and brings social benefits for the company.
