摘  要:为提高理疗设备智能化和自动化控制水平,降低对进口设备的依赖性,设计了1种脊柱理疗设备。该设备采用人机工程学理念设计,以三段式床体作为平台,由多个单片机实现智能驱动控制。以键盘、液晶显示屏(LCD)作为理疗操作的人机界面,控制电动推杆与电机工作,并辅以语音提示及通信功能。采用闭环控制方式,实现角度、速度的调节及抖动、摆动等动作。实验证明,该脊柱理疗设备控制系统操作简单,具有较高的安全性、可靠性,用户体验良好。A spinal physiotherapy equipment is designed to improve the level of intelligent and automatic control and reduce the dependence on imported equipments. The equipment is designed based on ergonomics concept. The platform is formed by three sections and controlled by microcomputers. A keyset and a liquid crystal display ( LCD ) screen are man - machine interfaces to control the electric draw stems and motors,and voice prompt and communication are realized too. The angle,velocity adjust and motions of the platform,such as shaking and swing,are realized by closed- loop control. Experiment results show that the physiotherapy equipment has a simple operating system,high security and reliability and good user experience.
