关于体育专业指导人才的失衡问题研究

摘　　要：当前体育专业指导人才总量少、地区分布不均,是制约全民健身科学实施的根本性原因之一。建议:在完善相关体育法规、制度的操作性的基础上,激发和调动体育专业指导人才工作积极性和创造性,是建设稳定、不断壮大的、与公益性的健身指导队伍的有效举措。At present, there are few talents in the field of sports professional guidance, and the unevendistribution in the area is one of the fundamental reasons that restrict the implenlentation of the national fitnessscience. It is suggested that the motivation and creativity of PE professionals should be stimulated mid mobilizedon the basis of perfecting the operability of related sports regulations and systems. It is an effective measure tobuild a stable and growing public health fitness guidance team.
